We recently stayed at this 4-star hotel and had a wonderful experience. The location of this place is fantastic, as it is close to everything in Saranda. We were able to easily access the main attractions and the beach, which was a huge plus for us. The room was clean and comfortable, providing all the amenities we needed such as ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a sitting area. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was also convenient. The staff here were friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay. We particularly appreciated their help and the warm welcome we received at the reception. we highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.

This hotel seems to lack maintenance, as some facilities, such as elevators and the pool, are not functioning or under construction.

Spent Christmas in a hotel with stunning views, kind staff, and clean facilities. the breakfast selection was excellent with generous portions to fuel your day. the location was fantastic, right by the beach with plenty of restaurants nearby. My favourite part was the large balcony with chairs to soak up the sun and enjoy the scenery.

The room felt outdated and in need of some maintenance. the shower was small and struggled to drain, causing the bathroom to flood.

The hotel lacks amenities and didn't offer breakfast or any other services. The road in front of the hotel was busy and noisy at night, making it difficult to sleep. The air conditioning was weak and barely kept the room cool.
